"I had been an on and off smoker (mostly on) for 12 years, every now and then I would try quitting but I would always end up back on the ciggies. Then I got talked in to vaping, I wasn't sure it would work at first but after trying a few different vapes and a few different vape flavours I found the combo that works for me (vanilla custard btw). I haven't smoked cigarettes in nearly 2 years and feel so much better for it. Maybe I have just replaced one habit for another but at least now I don't feel as guilty and vaping doesn't stink like ciggies"
